It’s our very first Christmas here at Actual Studio! It’s been a very exciting year for us, and we’ve worked with some very lovely people who I hope we will continue to work with next year and in years to come. These are tough times, and we need to remind ourselves to be thankful to everyone who has helped us out, and especially those brave individuals who have trusted us to design on their behalf. Without these people we wouldn’t have a studio.
Here are a few of our favourite projects from the year:
Chessmann Consulting | Website Re-design
One of our first projects was a complete website re-design for one of the UKs leading project management companies. Chessmann specialise in the Healthcare and Education industries, and they gave us the job of re-thinking their web strategy. We developed a website that showcased their impressive portfolio, and made it easy for them to keep it fresh and updated.
Environmental Site Services | Branding
We designed a logo and brand identity for Newport based Environmental Site Services (ESS). The mark had to contain both environmental and industrial qualities, which we achieved in the rigid yet smooth curves of the ESS symbol. We went on to design printed materials and a website as well.
Davis & Sons | Website
Davis & Sons are one of the largest, and long established estate agents in South Wales. We created a new identity, and a fresh, new, engaging website for the veteran property specialists. The aim was to breath new life into the brand and improve their web presence, to bring it inline with the quality services they offer.
Solace Ministries | Branding
A logo for an exciting new business; Solace Ministries is a freelance ministry service operating out of Cardiff. Described as ‘a tad alternative’, the identity had to be different but also appropriate for some of the more delicate services on offer such as funerals. We designed printed materials and also a website.
Have a great Christmas and we hope to see you in the New Year
