We unveiled the new Actual Studio website last week. Take a look, there’s lots of branding and web design projects from Cardiff, Wales and further afield.
We designed this website for Graham Aircraft Hire, a new venture from the owners of The Graham Care Group. Branding on the site follows that of the Graham Care Group, more of our work for them can be found here:
We should also mention the fantastic help of various plane spotters that provided photographs free of charge for use in this project. Under a tight schedule, and with the British weather as it is in November, it became impossible to arrange a date to get the aircraft photographed professionally. Instead we turned to Flickr and the vast amount of quality photos of the plane that had already been taken by plane spotters at various UK airports around the country. Every photographer we approached was more than happy to help, and did so without requesting any fee, a bunch of really lovely helpful people. Hopefully we’ll be in a position to arrange some professional photos when the weather improves, but for now we can more than make-do with the photos kindly provided by our plane-spotting friends!
The latest graphic design book published by Counter Print was released last week featuring two of our logo designs. ‘Nature Logo’ showcases trademarks and symbols inspired by nature, the 5th book in the series. Our work was also featured in the 4th book ‘Alphabet Logos’.
Congratulations to all of the winners at the Graham Care Awards 2015. This is the second running of the internal awards event run by the Graham Care Group to reward their staff for the excellent care services they provide.
A great night was had by all, although there was not much time to relax for us with the awards feed website and big screen display being designed and moderated by us. More importantly was the unveiling of the new care management system we have been designing and developing for the last few months.
Prior to the awards night, guests were invited to sign in and take a look around. They were encouraged to add comments and like/dislike daily reports which went down very well. In amongst the humorous comments it was great to see so many positive remarks about the design and usability of the new system.
Ecoms provide project management services for the construction industry, and after designing the branding for the new Cardiff-based firm earlier in the year, we unveiled their newly designed website last week.
Utilising our expertise in design for the construction industry we have created a bespoke, responsive website to showcase the services and capabilities that ECOMS provide.
